Cancellation and Refund

1. Cancellation

Users can cancel their PRO subscription at any time from the Settings page. Once cancelled, you will continue to have access to PRO features until the end of your current billing period (usually 1 year). We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-period cancellations.

2. Refund Eligibility

A full refund of the PRO subscription fee is available if requested within 14 daysof the initial purchase, provided that the service has not been significantly used (e.g., more than 10 OCR scans or 5 WhatsApp alerts).

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email our support team at connect@adityatawade.com with your registered email address and Razorpay Payment ID.

4. Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method via Razorpay. It typically takes 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account or card statement.

5. Exceptional Cases

Refunds beyond the 14-day window may be considered on a case-by-case basis for documented technical issues that prevent usage of the service.
